Planning

Firstly, for larger projects, My Handyman will come to your premises and carry out a FREE, no obligation visit where we will discuss your requirements with you and find out exactly what it is that you need to be carried out.  My Handyman has very experienced estimators who will be happy to run through exactly what you need from your home project or office project.

Estimates

Once My Handyman has been to your home or office to look at the refurbishment or installation project, we will provide you with a full written estimate so that you can see whether the work is within your budget and timeframe.  We will do our best to keep the costs down as we know that we need to make sure we are competitive. In doing that though, we would like to assure you that we will not cut any corners.  This means that we will provide you with an honest and accurate estimate.

Project Management

If your project is of a size that requires a project manager, we have people who will take care of this aspect of the work too.    Managing all the trades for a project can be time consuming and difficult for you which is why My Handyman will provide project management as part of our service to you.   We will monitor the project from start to finish so that you know what to expect and when.  Then we will be sure that everything is exactly as you want it before we leave.  This way you will have a high quality finish in whatever you have asked us to do.
